Want to have a fabulous beach wedding and a tent reception, but nervous about knowing how to order everything you need?
We offer a tent reception planning package that covers all the things that can be overwhelming to someone who has never done it before, such as:
- Ordering of tent and all rentals that you need for your reception - from tables and chairs, to specialty lighting and draping.
- Booking of all vendors - such as florist, catering, entertainment, etc...
- Supervision of set up of site.
- Permit(s).
- Supervision of reception events such as cake cutting and formal dances.
- Transportation - when parking is an issue.
- Breakdown at the end of the night; prepare site for pick up
You just worry about your little details like favors and added decorations....we do the rest!
